My thought....Yeah let them suck d**k, but that bakery is a private business,and can serve whomever.

I side with the privately owned bakery here, no way do I serve anything or anybody I do not believe in...now if they were at a Wal-Mart bakery it would be a different situation

Private business should be able to do what it likes and sell what it likes but there is a fine line here.  What if that same business refused to sell to a bi-racial couple or a oriental couple or a muslim couple because of what they believe in? 
Discrimination against any one set of people is not acceptable IMO.

good point as usual Grizzly, it all comes down to what the 'current' law says anyway no matter what a persons beliefs are
